DURATION OF THE WORK The work required under this tender must be completely completed in 23 weeks (including public holidays, mandatory annual leave days (ex: construction vacations) and the deadlines required for the supply of materials/equipment) from the date provided for in the contract or upon receipt of written authorization from the Company. The probable date for the start of work is between March 18 and April 18, 2026. The mobilization at the construction site is scheduled between June 1st and June 29th 2026 and for a maximum of 14 weeks. GUARANTEE OF SUBMISSION No bid guarantee is required. All bidders must note that if they refuse to proceed with their bid, the Company may reject any bid submitted by this bidder to the Company during the next two years. CONDITIONS Only tenders submitted by bidders who meet the following conditions in particular will be considered: 1- The bidder must have the required qualifications and hold the required licences under the Building Act (CQLR, chapter B-1.1). 2- The Bidder must have an establishment where it carries on its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in its name and accessible during normal office hours in Quebec or in a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement. 3- Requirement for Quebec or other Canadian construction work The construction work carried out by the successful bidder must be Quebec or other Canadian construction work, as defined in the Regulation respecting the definition of certain expressions for the purposes of Division IV of Chapter II of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR, chapter C-65.1, r. 7.01), in accordance with the Supplementary Instructions. The Company reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification that does not result in an amendment to the tender documents made by a bidder if this request is sent to it five working days or less before the deadline set for the reception of submissions.
