Each Bid Submitted Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond Naming the City of Eden Prairie as Obligee, Surety2000 or Certified Check Payable to The City Clerk of the City of Eden Prairie or a Cash Deposit in an Amount Equal to Five (5) Percent of the Total Amount of the Bid, Which Shall Be Forfeited to the City in the Event That the Bidder Fails to Enter Into a Contract. The City Council Reserves the Right to Retain the Deposits of the Three Lowest Bidders for a Period Not to Exceed Sixty (60) Days After the Date And Time Set for the Opening of Bids. No Bids Will Be Withdrawn for a Period of Sixty (60) Days After the Date and Time Set for the Opening Bids. Payment for the Work Will Be by Cash or Check. Work on sanitary sewer infrastructure adjacent to Center Way and Anderson Lakes Parkway shall be coordinated with the adjacent property owner. This work will impact access to tennis courts and a sandbottom swimming pool. Therefore, this work shall be completed either prior to the pool being filled on May 8, 2026, or after the pool is emptied on September 21, 2026.
