Site work and new construction of a civil project in West Valley City, Utah. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The project consists of installing a new potable well pump house with chlorination facilities; associated electrical, controls, and HVAC system; new piping and connections to the well and pump-to-waste discharge; a new surge tank vault; construction of a new cul-de-sac; and miscellaneous surface improvements located at approximately 1002 South 2320 West in West Valley City, Utah. The Work under this Contract includes the installation of a new well pump house with chlorination facilities and associated electrical, control, and HVAC systems; installation of a surge tank vault; installation of an 18-inch and 12-inch diameter PVC waterline; installation of 18-inch and 15-inch RCP storm drain. In addition, the Work includes all civil and landscaping improvements for the well house site and new cul-de-sac. See attached drawings for reference only. Drawings are not for construction. This project shall comply with Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) funding requirements including Build America, Buy American Act (BABAA) and Davis-Bacon Wage Act compliance.
