Sealed responses are solicited for Network Electronics projects that comply with the Invitation to Bid, Bidder Instructions, General Conditions, Universal Service Fund Conditions, Scope of Work, Timeline Requirements, Awarded Contract Requirements, and Products and Services Specifications. Bids must be submitted in duplicate in a sealed opaque envelope and a complete electronic copy must be uploaded to the designated bidder portal. Required documents include a five percent (5%) Bid Bond, a signed Bid Signature Page, a completed Bill of Materials, a Familial Disclosure Affidavit, an Iran Linked Business Affidavit, and a list of at least four references (one must be a school or school district). Each copy of the Bid must be signed by an authorized representative. Any variance from the specifications must be fully explained in writing. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept any bid or portion that serves its best interests. Partial bids may be submitted for network products only, labor services only, or both. Considerations for award include price, product quality, service, delivery, maintenance, adherence to specifications, past performance, reliability, warranties, and familiarity with the District's projects and facilities. All products and services must comply with federal, state, and local codes and regulations, and be of a known quality from a nationally recognized manufacturer regularly supplying to the school market.
