As of February 03, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded next week. The proposed construction consists of the installation of approximately 3,000 feet of 8, 10, and 18-inch diameter CIPP sanitary sewer pipe, including lateral reinstatements, trimming of protruding taps, and other miscellaneous items of work. All bids must be accompanied by a Bidder's bond, certified check, bank cashier's check or bank draft payable to the City of Delavan for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid as provided in the Bidder Instructions. The Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities. Unless the bids are rejected for good cause, award of contract shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
