The work to be performed under these contract documents consists of furnishing all material, equipment, tools, transportation, services, labor and supervision necessary for construction of facilities and installation of all equipment together with appurtenances for 1. Constructing approximately 1755 LF of new 6-inch PVC C900 water line and appurtenances. 2. Remove existing water line. 3. Reconnecting existing fire hydrants and water services to new water line. 4. Constructing approximately 323 LF of new 6-inch SDR 35 sewer line and appurtenances. 5. Remove existing sewer line. 6. Reconnecting existing manholes and sewer services to new sewer line. 7. Providing street trench repair for new water line, sewer line and service reconnections. Question Deadline 02/03/2026 Each request for clarification shall be made in writing to the Grant Recipient or engineer no less than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening. Replacement of 3972 LF of 6" water lines and 323 LF of 6" Sewer Lines and appurtenances. Bids are invited for several items and quantities of work generally described as follows 1. Replacement of approximately 3585 LF of deteriorated six inch water lines and appurtenances 2. Replacement of approximately 400 LF of deteriorated six inch sewer lines and appurtenances No oral interpretations will be made to any bidder. Each request for clarification shall be made in writing to the Grant Recipient or engineer no less than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening. Each interpretation made will be in the form of an Addendum to the contract documents and will be distributed to all parties holding contract documents no less than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening.
