Renovation of an existing classroom space into a radiology lab for the nursing program. Project is located at the Marion Technical College in Ocala, FL. Renovate and repurpose an existing space (approximately 700 sq ft) in the main MTC building. New proposed lead-lined walls, reuse of existing lights, and new act ceiling system. Installation of Radiology Equipment. The Owner reserves the right to change the schedule or terminate the entire procurement process at any time. RENOVATE AND REPURPOSE AN EXISTING SPACE (APPROXIMATELY 700 SQ FT) IN THE MAIN MTC BUILDING. NEW PROPOSED LEAD-LINED WALLS, NEW TROFFER LIGHTS, AND NEW ACT CEILING SYSTEM. INSTALLATION OF RADIOLOGY EQUIPMENT. COORDINATING WITH MEP TO PROVIDE NECESSARY EQUIPMENT AS PER THE SCOPE
