Description

Renovation of a library in Fontana, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 4,800-square-foot library.

The consultant will perform services required in the design and construction support phases of the proposed Project. The consultant will perform services customarily and typically rendered to complete all necessary design, engineering, technical specification development, and regulatory agency coordination. The consultant’s overall responsibility and scope of work is to prepare construction drawings, bid specifications, construction cost estimates, and provide construction support. Construction support services will take place during the bidding and construction phase of the project. Consultant will be expected to meet with the City to discuss the preliminary design of the space, and also meet several other times to discuss the design progress. The consultant shall detail all tasks anticipated during the design and construction of the proposed Project.
