Site work and paving for a civil project in Harshaw, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The project includes the following work: installation of 88 linear feet of 12-inch to 18-inch RCP storm culvert, 32 linear feet of 14-inch x 23-inch RCP elliptical storm culvert, 3,300 cubic yards of unclassified excavation, 500 cubic yards of granular fill, pulverization of 3,060 cubic yards of existing pavement and base, placement of 7,340 tons of crushed aggregate base course, 4,960 tons of asphaltic concrete pavement, 150 linear feet of sawcut asphalt pavement, 1,000 square yards of erosion matting, and 1 acre of turf restoration. The anticipated substantial completion date is October 1, 2026, and the final completion date is October 15, 2026. All proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 5% of the amount bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 60 days after the bid opening. Bids will only be received and accepted via the online electronic bid service through Quest CDN. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. The project is funded in part by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation Agriculture Road Improvement Program (ARIP).
