The project will include the construction of new hangars north of the existing terminal building as well as the redevelopment and expansion of existing hangars west of the terminal building to better serve growing aviation demand. The selected partner will be responsible for all aspects of project delivery, including planning, design, permitting, financing, construction, and facility maintenance.
