The Township of Winslow is seeking sealed proposals for the collection of solid waste and recyclables for the years 2026 to 2030. Proposals should be submitted via the OpenGov Procurement Portal. The Township Committee will evaluate and award the contract to the lowest qualified responsible bidder, reserving the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any immaterial informality as permitted by law. The process is conducted in accordance with relevant New Jersey statutes concerning fair and open bidding.
