Sealed bids will be received by the Westerville Public Library Board of Trustees for the Front Lawn Outdoor Programming Space Project. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Westerville Public Library Board of Trustees, ATTN Erin Hill, Fiscal Officer, Administration Offices, 126 S. State Street, Westerville, Ohio 43081, and plainly marked on the outside "FRONT LAWN OUTDOOR PROGRAMMING SPACE PROJECT BID." All bids must include a Bid Guaranty, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening; the Board reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility. Question Deadline 01/28/2026 at 12:00 PM ET Bidders shall submit written questions to Alex Camponeschi, ASLA, Project Manager at acamponeschi@poddesign.net Due to upcoming inclement weather, the pre-bid meeting for Westerville Public Library's Front Lawn Outdoor Programming Space Project is being rescheduled. More information on date, time, and location will be issued early next week as a formal addendum.
