The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following The Work includes Level 1 and 2 alterations totaling about 3,160 SF primarily on the third floor. Existing classrooms and science rooms will become science/lecture labs, prep room, office, and a multi-use classroom to meet current curriculum needs. Fire extinguishers will be added to each corridor in the renovated wing. On the second floor, a chase and ceiling replacement will route utilities down to the first floor, and new crosscorridor doors will enclose the egress stairway. A standby generator will be added to power select building circuits. Limited first floor and crawlspace utility tie-ins will be required. Sealed bids, in duplicate, are requested for the 2025 Capital Improvement Project (also referred to as "Reconstruction to Main Building") for Contract No. 04 - Electrical Contract (EC). Separate bids are requested for each contract in accordance with the project drawings, project manual (including contract conditions and specifications), and other bidding and contract documents prepared by Tetra Tech Engineers, Architects & Landscape Architects, P.C.
