Vernon Construction & Development LLC is seeking proposals from qualified MWBE & SDVOB subcontractors & suppliers for the following trades: selective demolition, metals, architectural woodworking, penetration firestopping, joint sealants, doors & hardware, carpentry, drywall, framing, ceilings, flooring, tile, resilient flooring, wall coverings, painting, wall and door protection, toilet accessories, window roller shades, engineered countertops, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. The successful low bidder is required to execute the Project Labor Agreement, and all subcontractors of every tier must agree to be bound by the PLA. MBE Goal: 18.00%. WBE Goal: 12.00%. Bid tabulation may be available approximately third week of February, 2026.
