The contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, materials, equipment, and supervision required to replace one heat exchanger and a communications control valve compatible with the existing Tridium Niagara building management system, in accordance with the statement of work. All new systems shall meet or exceed the specifications of the units being replaced. A Certified Master Plumber must be on site supervising at all times. All construction and installation work shall comply with VA specifications for material and workmanship, the NEC, NFPA, and all applicable city, county, state, and federal regulations and codes, as well as OSHA standards.
