Site work and paving for a road / highway in Okemos, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
As of February 03, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on February 2026. The work consists of a variety of road improvements, including cold milling, grading, HMA paving, cement stabilization, and sanitary structure rehabilitation on approximately 3.75 miles of local roads in the Charter Township of Meridian, Ingham County, Michigan, as noted in the Bid Documents and Supplemental Specifications. Bids will be received for a single prime contract and should be on a unit price basis. Sealed bids must bear the project name as well as the name and address of the bidder, and must be submitted to the Charter Township of Meridian Clerk's Office. A certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid must accompany each bid as security. A 100% Labor, Material, Lien, and Performance Bond will be required of the successful bidder. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled opening without the owner's consent. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in bidding, or accept the bid which best serves the owner's interest.
