The Livonia Public Schools Board of Education invites sealed bids for the purchase of a Pool Filtration Project at Franklin and Churchill High Schools. Bids must meet or exceed all provided specifications. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked, and are to be received by the specified deadline at the Board of Education complex. Mailed bids should be addressed to the Assistant Superintendent of Operations and District Services. Late, oral, telephone, fax, or email bids will not be considered. A walk-through will be held at Franklin High School. All bids must include: a sworn and notarized familial relationship disclosure, an Affidavit of Compliance with the Iran Economic Sanctions Act, an Equal Opportunity Statement, and a Treasury-listed bid bond or certified check for at least 5% of the contract for bids over $31,000, using the forms in the bid packet. Bids must remain firm for 90 days. The Board reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and make awards in the district's best interest, including awarding by line item. Bid prices are to be F.O.B. Destination. Two signed copies of the bid package must be submitted. Questions regarding specifications are to be directed to the designated district contacts. Late bids will not be accepted.
