Mason Road, Building G-704, Richmond, Texas 77406, with an option to view the bid opening via Microsoft Teams. - Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified/cashier's check in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total bid as a guarantee that the successful bidder will execute the contract documents and provide required insurance certificates and bonds within seven (7) days after receiving the contract documents. Electronic signatures are accepted in accordance with the Owner's Electronic Signature Rules for Construction Contracts. - The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive defects and irregularities except for the time for submitting a bid.
