Scope of work includes sidewalks, planting, irrigation, and lighting. Question Deadline 01/22/2026 at 12:00 PM CT Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written Online. Instructions to bidders: - Electronic bids addressed to Harris County Municipal Utility District #572 will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time on January 23, 2026, after which they will be publicly opened and read at 10401 S. Mason Road, Building G-704, Richmond, Texas 77406, with an option to view the bid opening via Microsoft Teams. - Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified/cashier's check in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total bid as a guarantee that the successful bidder will execute the contract documents and provide required insurance certificates and bonds within seven (7) days after receiving the contract documents. If a certified or cashier's check is provided, the original check must be delivered to the bid opening address within one (1) business day of receipt of the bid opening. - Bidding documents are available at www.CivcastUSA.com (search Oakhill Reserve Phase 1 Landscape Improvements). Bidders must register on the website to view/download plans and documents and to submit bids and bid securities. There is no charge to view, download, or submit documents. - Bids and bid securities must comply with Owner's Order Adopting Section 49.2731 Electronic Bidding Rules and must be submitted through www.CivcastUSA.com. Electronic signatures are accepted in accordance with the Owner's Electronic Signature Rules for Construction Contracts. - The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive defects and irregularities except for the time for submitting a bid. The successful bidder will be the responsible bidder deemed most advantageous to the district and resulting in the best and most economical completion of the project.
