o Thoroughly clean all existing sewers in the Contract including complete silt, sand, root, grease and tuberculation removal and perform closed circuit television inspections (CCTV) of the sewers. The cleaning and CCTV requirement applies to sewers being lined with cured-inplace pipe lining o For sewers being lined with CIPP, perform dye testing and/or flush testing to identify active service laterals connecting to the sewer as necessary and/or as directed by the Engineer. Identify active laterals by street address on the CCTV videos and logs. o Perform point repairs to the sewers as determined to be necessary by the Engineer during review of the Contractor's CCTV data. o Install CIPP in the existing sewers as specified on the Drawings and/or by the Engineer. o Rehabilitate active service laterals as specified by the Engineer via replacement or CIPP lining including installing cleanouts where directed. The Engineer will primarily determine defective laterals to be rehabilitated from review of the Contractor's CCTV information. o Rehabilitate existing manholes as specified on the Drawings and/or as directed by the Engineer. o Perform acceptance testing including post-rehabilitation CCTV inspections of the installed CIPP, CIPP and manhole rehab product testing, and vacuum testing of rehabilitated manholes. o Perform other miscellaneous work including complete restoration. Funding through the State Revolving Fund (SRF) in South Carolina will be used to fund all or part of this project. As a result, the project will be subject to federal contracting requirements associated with the funding. In anticipation of these funds, ReWa will apply federal contracting requirements and will be responsible for oversight of these requirements.
