Sealed bids are invited for the City of Greenwood 2026-1 CCMG Partial Reconstruction Project as described in the specifications. Specifications, plans, and instructions to bidders are available at the ePlanroom for Repro Graphix, Inc. Bidders are responsible for costs related to obtaining these documents. Bids must be submitted on a fully completed Indiana Form #96 (Revised 2013) and accompanied by a certified check or acceptable bid bond of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total base bid amount. Bids must be in sealed envelopes, marked with the name and place of business of the bidder and the project name. A performance bond equal to the contract price and a payment bond are required upon contract award. No bid may be withdrawn for at least forty-five days after the scheduled bid receipt closing. The Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, accept any part of any bid received, and waive any informality in bidding. The Board will accept the lowest responsible and responsive bid.
