Renovation of an industrial development in Meadville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 138,900-square-foot, six-story above grade, one-story below grade industrial development.
**As of February 27th, 2026, this project has been awarded to Crawford Business Park Building 1-6 - Pre-Demolition Environmental Remediation for $370,000.** The work covers the removal and disposal of Regulated Asbestos-Containing Material (RACM) consisting of pipe/boiler insulation, window caulking and glazing, wall/ceiling and compressor insulation, ductwork insulation, floor debris, and rope; universal waste consisting of fluorescent light tubes, High Intensity Discharge (HID) bulbs, thermostats, thermometers, etc.; and other hazardous/regulated materials including fluorescent light fixtures/ballasts, numerous storage drums/containers, and fire extinguishers. The building includes a total floor plan area of approximately 138,900 square feet and contains six stories with each story covering approximately 23,150 square feet, and a partial basement. Bids must be submitted to the EPACC offices. A sixty-day bid hold period applies, and ten percent bid security is required. The successful Bidder/Contractor shall be required to furnish performance and payment bonds, each in the amount equal to one hundred percent of the Contract Price. Prospective bidders may obtain electronic access to the Contract Document by contacting Porter Consulting Engineers, P.C. (PCE) and by making a non-refundable payment.
