Site work for a water / sewer project in Asbury, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days after the time of the opening of the bids. A certified check payable to the Erie Water Works or a bid bond on the bid form executed by the Bidder and a surety company approved by the OWNER, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of bid, must be submitted with each bid or bids will be considered nonresponsive and immediately rejected. Question Deadline 02/04/2026 at 4:00 PM ET SUCCESSFUL BIDDING BIDDER awarded this contract shall provide a performance surety in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount. Contractors must demonstrate the Six Good Faith Efforts to identify and solicit DBE firms that are potential sources for any procurement action in the areas of project construction, equipment, services, and supplies by including state qualified small businesses, and minority and women owned business enterprises in the bidding process. Prime Contractors should use the Directory of Minority, Women and Section 3 Business Enterprises to solicit proposals from potential subcontractors. CONTRACTOR must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, creed, color or national origin. Erie Water Works reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof or to waive any informality in the bidding.
