Site work for a water / sewer project in Arroyo Grande, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bids are invited for the Branch Elementary Domestic Water Plant project. Bids must be submitted on the provided forms and received by the specified deadline. Bid Documents can be obtained from the Lucia Mar Unified School District website. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security equal to at least ten percent of the bid amount. Successful bidders will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds, each for one hundred percent of the bid amount. All contractors and subcontractors must possess the appropriate California Contractor's license(s) and be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations. Compliance with prevailing wage laws is required. There is a mandatory pre-bid conference and job walk for all bidders, and failure to attend will result in bids being rejected as non-responsive. The contract includes a Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation goal. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive irregularities as deemed necessary.
