For Cisco Network Switch Equipment and Installation for the Port Assurance Project (E-Rate). The award is contingent upon the availability of District funding and E-Rate funding, with no guarantee of a minimum amount of work implied or expressed. Services required will be determined solely by the needs of the District on an as needed basis for District-wide use. Questions Due Date: Jan 22nd 2026, 12:00 PM CST Questions Online Portal Response to questions will be issued in the form of an addendum and posted for viewing in the Bonfire Portal no later than Friday, January 23, 2026 by 4:30 pm. The contract shall be valid for One (1) year from date of Board of Trustees approval with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, based upon the original terms, conditions and pricing if mutually agreeable by both parties. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all statements in whole or part of any or to discuss/negotiate separately in any manner necessary.
