New High School Construction o Site Preparation and Development o Surveying, grading, and preparation of site infrastructure. o Installation of utilities including water, sewer, storm drainage, natural gas, electrical, data, and telecommunications. o Construction of access roads, parking areas, bus loops, student drop-off/pick-up zones, fire lanes, and site lighting. o Landscaping, irrigation, signage, fencing, and outdoor learning/recreation spaces. o Building Design & Construction o New high school building designed to accommodate ~2,000 students. o Spaces to include but not be limited to: - General classrooms, specialized labs, and collaborative learning areas. - Administration and counseling offices. - Performing Arts Program - Black Box Theater - Media center/library and technology support spaces. -Cafeteria and full-service kitchen. - Maintenance, custodial, and storage areas. o Integration of energy-efficient systems, mechanical/electrical/plumbing (MEP) infrastructure, fire protection, and security/access control.
