**As of February 12th, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Contract 3: Improvements at the wastewater treatment facility include miscellaneous valve, meter, and pump replacements, generator replacement, exterior surface cleaning and coating, and mechanical and electrical improvements. A pre-bid conference for the Projects will NOT be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bid Bond or certified check payable to Owner shall be in an amount no less than 5% of the maximum bid as a guarantee, that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance and Payment Bonds, and Insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents within (10) days after the Notice of Award. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
