Site work for a water / sewer project in Stephenson, Michigan. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of February 12, 2026, no bids receive. No definite date for the rebid.** Contract 1: Approximately 810 feet of sanitary pipe replacement, 2660 feet of cured-in-place sewer pipe lining, 140 feet of directionally bored sewer main, sanitary manhole replacements, customer service laterals, and associated sewer system appurtenances. Approximately 50 feet of ductile iron watermain, 200 feet of directionally bored watermain, and associated water system appurtenances. A pre-bid conference for the Projects will NOT be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bid Bond or certified check payable to Owner shall be in an amount no less than 5% of the maximum bid as a guarantee, that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance and Payment Bonds, and Insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents within (10) days after the Notice of Award. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids.
