Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Pittsford, New York. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Project work includes: Roof replacements and protective coatings Boiler steam plant and MHS water line replacements Replacement of public address systems and installation of emergency generators Addition of air conditioning in large group instruction areas/areas of assembly Corridor floor tile abatement and replacement Parking lot repaving Replacement of chillers and reduced pressure zone (RPZ) devices Replacement of playground equipment As of August 6, 2026, design development documents are under way. Bidding is expected in January 2027 with an estimated start date of April/May 2027 and completion in August 2028.
