The scope of work is for the supply and delivery of four (4) 2026 Double Cab Full Size 4x4 Pickup Trucks for the Building, Bylaw, Facilities, and Public Works Departments. The trucks must meet specifications including: air conditioning, 8-cylinder gasoline engine, automatic transmission with 1.95m/6.5 ft. box, minimum 300 HP, minimum 5.0 litres capacity, minimum GVWR of 3175 kg (7,000 lb.), and a variety of interior and exterior features as specified. Vehicles must be Oxford/Summit White or an approved equivalent, delivered with a full tank of fuel, two sets of keys/FOB/transmitters, a 5 year/160,000 km powertrain warranty, manufacturer’s warranty with descriptive literature, and tested for immediate use upon delivery. Instructions to bidders include: Tenders must be submitted electronically in PDF format via the Municipality’s Bids and Tenders portal; no hard copies, faxes, or emails will be accepted. All items must be bid where stipulated, and all entries clearly shown. Tenders must include all required documentation. Bidders are responsible for checking for addenda. Only the designated contact person may be contacted regarding the tender. The Municipality reserves the right to reject any or all tenders and is not obliged to accept the lowest or any bid. Tenders remain open for 60 calendar days after closing. Bidders must declare any potential conflicts of interest and agree to the contract terms if successful. Bidders are solely responsible for their own expenses in preparing the tender. The bid must include cost breakdowns exclusive of HST and be in Canadian funds. Delivery timeframe after order placement should be specified. No dealer markings are permitted on delivered vehicles.
