Supply and delivery of unshrinkable fill (U-fill) material (80m3) for backfilling a trench at the spillway within the Evergreen Brickworks. The project site is located at 480 Bayview Ave. Access to the construction site at Evergreen Brickworks will be via the staging area off Bayview Avenue. The access route consists of an approximately 3 m-wide gravel path from the staging area. Construction fencing has been installed along the path. The access route is approximately 763 m long, and all materials will be delivered to the site along this route by the successful bidder. Bid submissions are to be prepared and uploaded electronically using the provided online bidding system forms. All forms and requested documents must be completed and uploaded as instructed. Pricing Schedule, Contact Information, References, Sub-Contractor(s)/Sub-Consultants (optional), Conflict of Interest Declaration, and Addenda, Terms & Conditions Declaration are required as specified. Only electronic submissions through the Bidding System will be accepted; hard copy submissions will not be considered. Bidders must review, acknowledge, and incorporate any addenda issued during the bidding period and confirm successful bid submission via the system-generated confirmation email. It is the sole responsibility of bidders to ensure document integrity, completeness, and timely submission. Bidders must seek clarifications through the Bidding System and may update or withdraw their bids prior to the submission deadline. Subcontractors to be used must be listed as required. Bidders must comply with all mandatory requirements and may be disqualified for failing to do so. All communication regarding the bid must be directed to the designated RFT Coordinator. U-fill is to be supplied at a batch plant approved by Department of Consumer and Corporate Affairs. Weight tickets must be initialed and submitted as detailed. All deliveries and personnel must comply with relevant safety regulations. Material not meeting specifications will be removed at the expense of the bidder. Insurance requirements include commercial general liability and automobile liability as specified.
