Summary of the project The initial contract is for a duration of one (1) firm year with two possibilities for extensions of one (1) year each. This extension is at the discretion of CISSS Monteregie-Centre. The option to extend or not the contract must be communicated in writing to the SERVICE PROVIDERS within thirty (30) days preceding the anniversary date. Auction method: Lowest price, several Service Providers (limit to three (3) lower) The PUBLIC BODY awards the contract by lot, either: o Lot 1: Champlain Charles-Le Moyne (CCLM) o Lot 2: Haut-Richelieu-Rouville (HHR) Bidders can participate in only one or in both lots.
