Contractors must comply with applicable state requirements, including Connecticut prevailing wage laws and CHRO/affirmative action provisions, bonding, and insurance requirements. The North Family Life Center seeks bids from qualified roofing contractors for the full replacement of the flat roof at the Collin Bennet Building (1229 Albany Avenue, Hartford, CT 06112).
