SMD_Services_IDIQ Contract for Pump Repair and Replacement Citywide with a Manhattan Borough focus. The contract term is 3 years from the award date with an option for NYCHA, in its sole discretion, to extend for up to 2 one-year periods. Bid security and Payment & Performance Bonds are required at 100% of the Contract Minimum. Bidders and subcontractors must be registered with the New York State Department of Labor as per Article 8, Section 220-i of the New York State Labor Law. Bidders must be approved on NYCHA's PLUMBING SERVICES Pre-Qualification List prior to bid closing. This solicitation is subject to NYCHA's Project Labor Agreement, requiring a completed Letter of Assent for both the prime bidder and all identified subcontractors at RFQ closure. Section 3 REO & OEO Plans and the M/WBE Utilization Plan & Waiver must be submitted via eComply, and should not be included within the bid submission via iSupplier.
