Contractor shall provide all necessary parts, labor and materials, tools, equipment, delivery and resources as may be required to remodel existing restrooms. Contractor shall provide all necessary parts, labor and materials, tools, equipment, delivery and resources as may be required to remodel existing restrooms in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein. Desired Services The selected contractor shall furnish all expertise, labor, and resources to provide the services necessary for this project.At a minimum, the services of the contractor shall include: 1. Conducting site surveys and developing conceptual sketches along with any other supporting alternatives for the renovation of the bathrooms to mirror that of Phenix Elementary renovation completed in 2025. 2. work being completed by a professional, licensed, and insured contractor registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia and specializing in disciplines involved in the scope, design, construction, and maintenance of this project. 3. removing and properly disposing of the existing material that has to be removed. 4. remodeling restrooms per specifications with approved Manufacturer or approved alternative referenced in Specification Section 09642.2.1. 5. obtaining and paying for all applicable permits prior to beginning any work. 6. request all applicable inspections as required by local, state and/or federal codes and regulations. 7. arrange any inspections as may be required by a manufacturer in order to obtain the product warranty. 8. being responsible to take any corrective actions required to successfully meet the manufacturer's inspection requirements. 9. being under the discretion of the CCPS Project Manager, specific to any employee of the Contractor/ Subcontractor may be removed, with or without cause, from any project. 10. designating a Job Manager who shall be on site during any work being performed. The Project Manager shall communicate to the Contractor through the Contractor's Job Manager. 11. not act on requests or take direction from anyone except the designated Project Manager. Any additional work which is outside the scope of this contract, or any time extensions shall be approved by the Project Manager in writing prior to starting the work. 12. providing sufficient protection for all structures at the site and making the areas safe at the end of each work shift. 13. maintaining a sufficient supply of manpower and equipment to complete the project in a safe and timely manner. 14. promptly remove from the premises all work and/or materials condemned by CCPS as failing to conform to the contract, whether incorporated or not. 15. promptly replace and re-execute condemned work in accordance with the contract and without expense to CCPS and shall bear the expense of making good all work of other Contractor destroyed or damaged by such removal or replacement
