Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Omro, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The project consists of grading, storm sewer, drive and parking lot asphalt paving, 36 concrete flatwork, dredging, boat landings, floating dock with ADA kayak launch, restroom building and site electrical construction at the Lake Butte Des Morts Boat Landing in Winnebago County, Wisconsin.
