Filters must meet specification included in the Bind Information Document. Davis School District reserves the right to review proposed filters and determine if they meet required specifications. Davis School District reserves the right to award to multiple vendors to ensure that all filter types can be purchased and obtain most adventageous pricing. Review the required certifications and guarantees that must be submitted with submission. Davis School District reserves the right to request these certifications and guarantee before award if they are not submitted.
