Qualified state licensed general contractors are invited to participate in bidding for four residential projects through the First Tennessee Development District. The scope includes substantial rehabilitation of two homes under the Johnson City CDBG program, and demolition/reconstruction of two homes under the Northeast Tennessee / Virginia HOME Consortium Grant program. All state-licensed general contractors interested in bidding for these projects are required to attend a pre-bid conference.
