Sealed bids are requested for the roof on Cowan City Hall at 301 Cumberland St. East, Cowan, Tennessee, and the Cowan Sewer Department roof at 300 Looney Street, Cowan, Tennessee, 37318. Two separate bids/quotes are required for the roof at Cowan City Hall: one for a new rubber roof (currently in place) and one for building a pitch to the roof and covering it with metal roofing. A quote is required for the cost of roofing for the Cowan Sewer Department (replace current roofing), unless a better alternative solution is recommended; if so, provide quotes for both. Bidders must also combine quotes for the two roofs and any other proposed combination of solutions. All costs, materials, and labor must be included in the bid. Bids should be placed in a sealed envelope and delivered to PO Box 338, Cowan, TN 37318, or hand delivered to 301 Cumberland St. East, Cowan, Tennessee 37318. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the actual date of opening.
