Renovation of a swimming pool in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 36,441-square-foot swimming pool.
Scope of Work Remove and replace entire roof waterproofing system at Fairmont Aquatics Center. Work to be coordinated with separate RTU replacement project happening concurrently. Question Deadline 01/27/2026 at 1:00 PM MT Online Scope of Work 1. Existing roofing demolition, disposal, replacement of roofing components and new roof membrane and flashing in accordance with state and local energy code requirements. New low sloped roof assembly as specified. 1) Mechanically fasten 1/2 cover board with induction weld plates and fasteners. 2) Induction weld 60 mil Sikaplan membrane. 3) Provide an Installers 5-year materials and workmanship warranty. 4) Manufacturers Twenty (20) year performance warranty as specified.
