Renovation of an educational facility in Spokane, Washington. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Spokane Public Schools is requesting submittals from licensed Architectural and Engineering firms interested in providing professional services for the North Central High School Modernization project. Required services include educational specifications development, schematic and design development, construction document preparation, permitting services, construction administration, and closeout. Any firm failing to submit their qualifications in accordance with the procedures and format set forth in the instructions may be considered non-responsive. Firms interested in submitting qualifications should obtain the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) packet, which describes the selection process and necessary documentation. Interested firms are encouraged to attend the Pre-Submittal Conference, where specifics of the project, selection process, and contract elements will be discussed. Only two representatives from prime architectural firms are allowed to attend the conference. Any questions should be directed to the specified contact, and site visitations must be arranged with the Capital Projects and Planning office after the conference. Firms that already have an A&E Roster submittal packet on file with Spokane Public Schools must resubmit for this specific project. Participation from Minority-Owned, Women-Owned, Disadvantaged Business, and Small Business Enterprises is encouraged.
