Bell County seeks to procure IDIQ ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING, AND SURVEYING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES that may be used over a 5-year period for various projects. Selection will result in a pre-qualified list of firms expected to provide comprehensive professional services to Bell County on an as-needed basis over the next five (5) years (unless the Court determines a different term). Bell County is requesting qualifications from experienced firms for new and renovation projects, with a proven track record. At a minimum, Bell County desires firms that demonstrate three (3) years of experience in the government sector for projects below $5 million and five (5) years of experience in the government sector for projects greater than $5 million. There will be no exceptions. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. "Requests for proposals for design services is underway." RFQ date notes: One (1) electronic copy (via CD or jump drive), one (1) unbound original qualification packet, and one (1) bound copy shall be submitted. The qualifications should be marked "original" or "copy". Electronic copy should be in MS Word or PDF, unencrypted, and nonpassword-protected format. A "complete qualification packet" consists of all the required qualification documents with appendices filled out and signed. All copies must have the same attachments as the original.
