Consultants will provide on-call planning and project management support for Maritime Division and Northwest Seaport Alliance capital, tenant improvement, and expense projects. Services, authorized through Service Directives, may support projects at any phase from planning through construction and closeout. Work includes project coordination, schedule and budget management, reporting, consultant oversight, documentation, permitting support, strategic and capital planning, feasibility and alternatives analysis, environmental and sustainability planning, stakeholder engagement, and quality assurance. The Port of Seattle anticipates awarding up to three (3) contracts. These contracts will provide consulting services to support project definition, long-range planning efforts, and the management of capital and major expense projects..
