The Cedar Ridge School District is seeking responses from interested Construction Managers to provide professional services for a construction project involving the construction of an indoor athletic training facility using the "General Contractor/Construction Manager" project delivery method. Required professional services include but are not limited to: bid package development, providing a guaranteed maximum price, subcontractor pricing and selection, scheduling, project coordination, construction, project close-out, and warranty. The ideal Construction Management firm should be located within 60 miles of the Cedar Ridge High School Campus. Written responses must include company history, experience of key personnel in similar projects, support staff and resources required, experience with K-12 projects in North Central/North East Arkansas, current and projected workload, and current maximum bonding capacity and rate.
