The Oakbrook Terrace Park District is accepting sealed bids for the Lake View Nature Center Men's and Women's Restroom Project. MATERIALS AND LABOR Please note that product names are for reference purposes only. Approved equal products are also acceptable. Demolition: o Remove all partitions/stalls, wall finishes as required, fixtures (toilets, urinal, sinks/faucets), accessories, and associated debris. o Provide on-site dumpster for demolition and construction. Electrical: o Provide and install (10) recessed LED can lights (5 per restroom) on existing switch legs. o Replace all receptacles and switches in current locations. Plumbing - Valves & Fixtures: o Provide and replace all stop valves to fixtures. o Supply and replace (2) two toilets in women's restroom (Kohler Power Lite w/ soft-close seats), (1) toilet in men's restroom (Kohler Power Lite w/ soft-close seats), (1) urinal in men's restroom (Kohler Dexter wall-hung w/ new Sloan flush valve), (2) wall-hung sinks (Kohler Greenwich-style) w/ trap guards & motion-sense faucets. Tile: o Purchase and install new client-selected tile for walls to approximately 60" in height. Estimated 450-500 square feet including cuts/waste. Drywall & Paint: o Provide and install new mold/moisture-resistant 1/2 " gypsum; prime and finish with two coats of client-selected paint. Flooring: o Install an epoxy floor system in client's color (both restrooms), including surface prep, priming, base coat, top coats, and finishing. Partitions: o Provide and install powder-coated steel toilet partitions (color per owner selection); layout to remain as it is.
