With nearly 900 employees, we are one of the largest employers in the field of higher education in the urban area of Quebec. In order to continue improving its facilities, Cegep Garneau wishes to award a construction contract to a contractor to carry out repairs to washrooms and water heating at Pavillon A, F and G of Cegep Garneau. The work includes the supply of materials, labour, tools, equipment and all accessories required to carry out the work to the satisfaction of the PUBLIC BODY and its Professionals. The work includes the supply of materials, labour, tools, equipment and all accessories required to carry out the work to the satisfaction of the PUBLIC BODY and its Professionals. The work will be carried out in three pavilions: Jean-Baptiste Cloutier, or wing A, at 1660 boul. of the Entente; Jacques Marquette, or the F wing, at 1640 boul. de l'Entente; Irma-Levasseur, be the G wing, at 1620 boul. of the Entente. The work consists inter alia of: I. Redevelopment of two washrooms into one mixed washroom at 1000 level of Wing A; II. Redevelopment of two men's and women's washrooms, a concierge service and a universal washroom at the 5000 level of wing F; III. Refurbishment of eight washrooms and two men's and women's showers, as well as three janitorial facilities at levels 1000, 3000, 4000 and 5000, along with modifications to the water heating system in 19 premises on level 5000 of wing G; IV. Redevelopment of water heating for 66 premises in the residential sector at levels 1000, 2000 and 3000 of Pavilion A. Delivery schedule Work start date: May 27, 2026; Expected date of acceptance with reservation of the work: 14 August 2026; Expected date of full acceptance of the work: 31 October 2026.
