Construction of a new El Paso County Ysleta Annex Community Kitchen. The proposed project consists of a single-story, approximately 12,000-squarefoot administrative building with a commercial kitchen to be located near the rear of the existing Ysleta Annex at 9521 Socorro Road, El Paso, Texas 79927. The new facility will support the operational needs of the El Paso County Community Services staff and will include a combination of private offices, open workspaces, storage areas, break rooms, and restrooms. Additionally, the building will feature a shared lobby/reception area and a large multi-purpose room designed to accommodate staff training sessions and community engagement events. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Estimated Budget: $5,000,000 - $6,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
