As of February 13, 2026, all bids were rejected. Project will rebid but no definite date yet. Single Prime Contract for The Town of Montour. Havana Glen Park Bathhouse Project entails construction of a new, single-story bathhouse structure at the existing public park in Montour, New York. The work includes general building construction, site utilities, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, along with alternates such as FRP doors, perimeter frost walls, and copper plumbing. All questions prior to bid opening must be received by the close of business on December 30, 20 25.
