Site work and paving for a civil project in Sherman, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
This project consists of all work associated with the lump sum and unit price bid for Choctaw Creek WS Site 8A Wetland Offsite Mitigation Pond Improvements including grading, paving, storm drain, inlets, box culvert, headwalls, water line, pavement markings, and signing. Project shall include all necessary labor, materials, and testing in accordance with the plans and specifications. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and responses and to waive any informality in bids and responses received, as deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
