The work to be done under this contract consists of the rehabilitation of approximately 39,336 lineal feet of sanitary sewers varying in size from 6-inch to 63-inch in diameter, utilizing cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) methods to be constructed. The location includes service areas 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 of the District, in the City of St. Louis and various municipalities in St. Louis County and unincorporated St. Louis County, Missouri. The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (District) has established a goal for Minority Business Enterprise (10% MBE) and Women Business Enterprise (10% WBE) utilization for construction contracts with State of Missouri and a goal for Minority Business Enterprise (10% MBE) and Women Business Enterprise (5% WBE) for Federally Funded. Workforce goal requirements of 14.7% Minority, 6.9% Women apply to contracts in the amount of $10,000 or more
